Stanhope House & HAB UK
In 2003 HAB Group purchased Stanhope House, a Grade II listed building on Park Lane in the center of London, adjacent to the famous Dorchester Hotel. The Group then undertook a GBP2.5m refurbishment, such that the four storey commercial office development is now fully let at competitive West End rates.
Further development is underway for Central London through HAB UK, targeting that city's prime location residential market.
Provo Golf Club
The 18 hole championship course and clubhouse facilities were HAB's first major development on Provo Turks and Caicos golf club, and in addition to a great golf course offers the opportunity to enjoy ‘golf club living’ in a friendly and tranquil environment, with great views around the course and immediate access to the club's facilities. Individual land lots are available for self-build, providing ample space for villa-style accommodation with lake views and fairway and greenside locations.
The Regent Grand
Completed in 2007, The Regent Grand provides 50 beachfront condominiums with spectacular and uninterrupted views of Grace Bay luxury resort and the turquoise ocean beyond. The Regent Village
Located on the same site as The Regent Grand and The Vellagio, in 'New Heart of Provo', The Regent Village commercial development opened for business in 2007, providing the first truly integrated condo-living and retail environment in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The 45,000sqft development includes both office and retail space, and is being followed by a second phase development of a further 63,500sqft expected to complete in 2009.
HAB's operational companies
